What types of floors can a scrubber dryer clean?

Scrubber dryers can clean almost every hard floor type, including concrete, tile, ceramic, vinyl, epoxy-coated floors, and natural stone. The key is matching the right brush or pad to the floor. For delicate floors like sealed wood, models with adjustable brush pressure can be used to ensure a safe clean.

What’s the difference between a walk-behind and ride-on scrubber dryer?

The difference is based on operator use and productivity. A walk-behind auto scrubber is guided by the operator, making it perfect for confined or smaller areas. A ride-on scrubber allows the operator to sit and drive, which is essential for covering large, open areas like warehouses quickly and without tiring out staff.

How is a scrubber dryer different from a floor polisher or sweeper?

Each serves a different purpose: A sweeper is for dry debris only (like a large-scale dustpan). A polisher is for buffing an already-clean floor to create a shine. A scrubber dryer is the only machine that washes and dries the floor. For large industrial areas, a combination machine like the Nilfisk CS7010 can sweep, scrub, and dry in a single pass.
